At ICS Publications, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the shipment.
